送迎サービスのご利用方法

・送迎サービスは公共交通機関で湯布院に来られたお客様のみご利用できます。

・宿泊予約時に、もしくはお問い合わせページで数日前までに送迎の予約が必要です。

・チェックイン時のお迎え可能時間は１６時から１７時３０分までです。

・送迎場所はJR由布院駅前のみです。

・チェックインが出来る状態で宿に電話を入れると由布院駅に宿より送迎車が出発します。

・時間を決めての待ち合わせは出来ません。

・送迎サービスのご利用はチェックイン時とチェックアウト時のみです。

・チェックアウトの送り時間は朝食後９時３０分までです。

How to Use the Shuttle Service

- Only available to guests arriving at Yufuin by public transportation.

- Reservations are required for the shuttle service.

- Please make your reservation several days in advance via the contact page.

- Pickup time upon check-in is between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

- Pickup location is in front of JR Yufuin Station only.

- Please call the property upon check-in. The shuttle will depart for Yufuin Station after receiving your call.

- Meeting times cannot be specified.

- The shuttle service is only available upon check-in and check-out.

- Pick-up time upon check-out is after breakfast until 9:30 AM.
